Combine a customer’s orders into one USPS Priority label. Test mode makes a free sample label + tracking and does NOT touch Shopify.

• Open the Shipping tab Customers are ordered by ship priority — earliest first-order date first, then largest orders. Season is closed, so untick “Unshipped only” to see everyone.
• Reopen Rebecca Yan A “1 label printed (test) — view” chip sits at the top; “Labels printed for this customer” is now at the BOTTOM with the tracking number, cost, a “Shopify: not updated (test)” badge, and a Reprint link.
• Confirm the address-save prompt is gone The Ship-to fields should no longer trigger Chrome/Google’s “save this address” popup.
• With the drawer open, scroll The background page should stay put (scroll is locked while any drawer is open) — the a11y fix, applied across the platform.
• Print a test label on another customer Pick a box + weight → Get quote shows a real USPS Priority rate → Print test label opens a label PDF with tracking. The banner now spells out what live mode will write to Shopify (tracking on all orders + marked shipped); the customer’s label history shows the Shopify status.
• Check the flags on the main list Customers with a label show “Test label” (gray) or “Label printed” (green when live). Etsy orders with no email are flagged “manual tracking.”

Combined pack lists — one compact sheet per customer with every order + item and checkboxes for packers. Defaults to “Multi-order only.”

• Open the Packing tab “Multi-order only” is on by default (122 customers). Prioritized earliest-first-order, then largest. Click any column header to sort.
• Click a multi-order customer (e.g. JASMA SNAMAN — 10 orders) The printable pack list opens immediately — no slide-out step. It combines all their orders + every item with quantity.
• Check the printed sheet Compact two-column layout so almost everything fits on one page, alternating rows shaded + bold so packers can track their place, with Packed-by / Checked-by lines. (No garden column here by design.)
• Try “Print all pack lists” With “Multi-order only” on it builds one sheet per customer with a page break between (Lynn’s pre-print folder). Narrow with search first if you just want to preview one.

The reworked inventory sheet — season counts, for-sale/reserve, garden, and a full audit trail.

• Check the new column layout Inventory group — Start | Spring | Predig (Spring & Predig are +/− adjustments to Start; the three make up total inventory). Sales group — Shopify | Etsy | Draft. Then Sold, Remaining (= total − sold), and Recount.
• Open a variety and edit the counts Start / Spring± / Predig±, plus For sale / Reserve and Garden — each saves as you change it, attributed to whoever’s logged in. The drawer shows total inventory + remaining.
• Add a note and change a count The History & notes section logs every change — a note (“lost to weather”) and a count change (“Spring: 0 → +10”) with who and when.
• Click any column header to sort Sorting works on every column, on every table across the hub.
• Print label counts Per-variety labels to print = total inventory (Start ± Spring ± Predig), grouped by garden. Answers “how many labels do I print.”
• Check the Recount tab A recount can be added any day; its explainer distinguishes the one-time physical reconciliation from Bonnie’s running season counts.

Small quality-of-life additions.

• Orders tab → switch sort to “Oldest first (priority)” January orders lead, so early customers can be prioritized.
• Dashboard → “Labels printed” tile Shows the label count (with “(test)” until live labels exist) and links to Shipping.

Nothing is charged or written to Shopify while in test mode. ACH funding is set up in Shippo.

• Decide you’re ready to ship real orders Kept in test until the Surprise Dozen goes out (~late July) so the first real label is a genuine shipment.
• Sahara flips SHIP_MODE=live + redeploys One-line change on the inventory Worker.
• First real label confirms the whole chain Real USPS postage → tracking → automatic Shopify fulfillment write-back (marks the order shipped, emails the buyer).
