The sequence — don't skip ahead
Topher's own rule from 2026-05-10 (concierge-vertical-decision): finish existing-client GHL work before opening any new vertical. That means cold-call ramp on funeral/towing is parked until #1 and #2 below are clean. Tomorrow stays inside #1 and #2.
- MbA Concierge pilot QA — gate for ever selling Concierge to anyone (you can't pitch what you haven't QA'd yourself)
- Tee's Flooring pilot — most-loaded existing client, most owner-blocked tickets (8 of them)
- Then: 15-vertical demo build + new vertical cold-call ramp (CLI-42, CLI-49). Not tomorrow.
Block 1 — MbA Concierge pilot (the agency's own dogfood)
90% built per CLI-1: phone provisioned, Voice AI Agent built (Gemini 2.5 Flash, 5 intent flows), discovery calendar bound, owner alerts wired. Two things gate the launch: the data-capture custom field (10 min UI work) and the 10-call QA (~50 min of you actually dialing the number).
Add "Concierge Service Interest" custom field + wire Update Contact Fields action
MbA sub-account → Custom Fields → New: Concierge Service Interest (model: contact, type: SINGLE_OPTIONS). Options: Website Build, Brand Identity, SEO, CRM Setup, Concierge / AI Receptionist, General Inquiry, Other. Then Voice AI agent → Actions → After the Call → Add Update Contact Fields → map the field. This is the data-capture loop — without it the Concierge takes calls but doesn't classify intent.
10-call QA — you dial, Circa reviews transcripts
Scenarios in the sprint playbook: rollout-plan. All 10 must pass before any other client gets Concierge. This is the gate. Tip: do the calls in one sitting and journal each call's pass/fail in CLI-8 comments — Circa will pull transcripts after you're done.
Block 2 — Tee's Flooring (Tony Tipton, launch review)
Tee's is the most-loaded existing client. Eight owner/topher tickets queued. Most are paste-ready (Circa already wrote the values). The sequence matters: address dispute (CLI-31) gates A2P (CLI-33), and Tony's email (CLI-32) unlocks his user account.
Text Tony — Suite E vs Unit B (address dispute)
GBP/Yelp/crawler say Unit B; site/Privacy/Terms say Suite E. A2P will reject if these don't match. One source has to update.
Send Tony's email — Circa provisions his GHL user
Drop Tony's email in CLI-32 comment. Circa provisions in <30s via API. (Phone +1 614-668-0458 already on file — confirm if cell differs.)
Submit A2P 10DLC — Brand then Campaign (paste-ready)
Trust Center → Brand (5 min) → Campaign (10 min). All paste-ready values in the ticket. Park until Tony confirms address.
Edit 6 GHL workflow drafts in Tee's voice
Plan B — text-swap on existing drafts, NOT AI regen (regen breaks the Wait-step dropdown). Tony's voice = warm, plainspoken, third-generation family business.
Configure Reviews AI — brand voice + Suggestive mode
Brand voice prompt paste-ready in ticket. Suggestive mode (not Auto) for first 50 reviews; flip when edit-rate < 20%.
Update pipeline win probabilities (12 stages)
Paste-ready table in ticket. Current auto-distribution gives Closed-Won 84% / Closed-Lost 92% — funnel report is nonsense until you fix.
Add AI Agent step to Workflow #4 (material-aware review SMS)
Personalize review SMS by material (LVT vs hardwood vs carpet vs tile). Blocked on CLI-34 (workflow needs to exist).
Conversation AI chat widget (Inspector Reno on web)
Defer 30 days. Tony hasn't asked. Cost $5–15/mo on top of plan.
Where each portfolio client stands
| Client | Phase | Next move |
|---|---|---|
| Made by Aspire | live · care | QA Concierge tomorrow (Block 1) |
| Tee's Flooring | launch review | 8 owner/topher tickets — Block 2 |
| PhotosbyB4 | live · care | GHL contact forms + first SEO report (Circa+Strat, not Topher) |
| B Clean Carpet | studio review | Jaime → Vegas, not Topher |
| NRX Asphalt | studio review | Jaime → Vegas, not Topher |
| PetalsWings | studio review | Jaime → Vegas, not Topher |
| Patina Salon | build | Kayla submits HPC application → VistaPrint window cling |
| Modern Maid | build | Vegas build in progress |
| Delaware Lanes | build | Vegas build in progress |
| Keeler Carpentry | build | Vegas build in progress |
| Willowbrook HOA | build | Vegas build in progress |
| Heel-Quik | new | Design library v1 + scaffold — Jaime → Vegas |
Read this as: only two clients need YOU tomorrow — MbA (Concierge QA) and Tee's (the 8 tickets). Everything else is moving on Jaime/Vegas/Circa rails and doesn't need you in the loop.
Voice-calling pilots / vertical demos
The 15-vertical demo build (CLI-42) is gated by Block 1 — you don't demo Concierge until your own dogfood passes QA. Pre-provisioning A2P numbers for Tier 1 verticals (Funeral, HVAC, Plumbing, Towing) is the only piece you can stage in parallel — 5 min decision.
- CLI-49 (medium) — Existing-client GHL update sweep gates new vertical cold-call ramp. After Block 1 + Block 2 are clean, this is the next durable thing.
- CLI-41 (high, blocked) — EFD Day-0 decisions still parked: brand pick (Forelight + Quiet Forest), capital ($3.5–5.5K), SyF disclosure, first ref customer. Funeral vertical can't ramp until these resolve.
- Funeral cold-call ramp — originally targeted 2026-05-16 (per Sales & Pipeline project description). Realistic now: deferred until Concierge QA proves the product.
Realistic scope for tomorrow
If you have 2-3 hours: Block 1 only (CLI-24 + CLI-8). Get Concierge through QA. That's the keystone — every other Concierge sale assumes you've done this.
If you have 4-5 hours: Block 1 + the Tee's quick wins (CLI-31 text, CLI-32 email, CLI-35 Reviews AI, CLI-36 win probabilities). ~40 min of paste-and-submit work that unblocks a lot of downstream.
If you have a full day: Block 1 + all of Block 2 except CLI-38 (optional, defer). Tee's goes from "8 owner tickets" to "0 owner tickets" and shifts to Circa's queue.
What's NOT on the plate tomorrow: new vertical ramp, EFD Day-0, HIPAA add-on activation, any new client onboarding. Those wait until existing-client GHL is clean (CLI-49 doctrine).
